SOFTBALL/BASEBALL: Students in grades 6-8 are invited to try out for the PCS Baseball or Softball teams.
Paperwork, current physical, fees, uniform deposit, concussion training are all due by MARCH 30th - no student will be admitted to the try-outs after this date.
Physicals need to have been completed within one year of the start of the season (April 2nd).
Concussion training needs to be completed each school year.
Applications are on the PCS website and available in the office.

Have your parents complete them, sign them and return to school.

Additionally, the student MUST have been examined by a physician in the past twelve months and a record of such exam MUST be on file in the PCS middle school health office. All immunizations MUST be up to date.
